We’ve been wearing these for a few years now and love them.  No need for sun tan lotion on your legs anymore, and the wicking material keeps your legs cooler than if you weren’t wearing them.  Also provides protection from jellyfish stings! Here’s the brief review we did earlier.

Size Medium, which Anetik’s website states is for 5’6″ to 5’9″, 140lb to 160lb.  The product seems to stretch bigger than that, though and can accommodate an even larger set of legs.
